What to Expect

The form has six short sections:

  1. Attention to Detail — Confirm you read the scenarios
  2. Layered Thinking — Reflect on one scenario (250 words max)
  3. Authority + Empathy — How you’d handle a specific situation (200 words max)
  4. Systems & Technology — Your approach to AI-assisted tools (200 words max)
  5. Alignment — What excites you and what feels challenging (200 words max)
  6. Role-Specific Reflection — Answer the prompt for your position (200 words max)

There are no trick questions. We are interested in how you think, not perfect answers.

After You Submit

Once you have submitted the form:

  1. You will see a confirmation message
  2. Review the Completion Checklist to verify you are ready for your interview

Serious candidates typically complete this reflection within 48 hours.
